To create your virtual visualizations I require the following;
For a Basic Presentation:
- Drawings, Photographs and Sketches (hand drawings welcome)
- Site Dimensions and Orientations
- Material Specifications
For a Detailed Presentation:
- Drawings and Photographs from your Architect
- Exact Survey Measurements
- Specifications of Materials from your Architect
For a Professional Presentation:
- CAD Drawings and Photographs from your Architect
- Complete Topography Drawings
- Material Specifications with Sample Jpegs of Each
- 3D CAD Furniture by Manufacturer(s) if Available
Elevation measurements are very important for all presentations.
All presentations will be delivered to you on CD or DVD format, professionally labeled and formulated at a 300 dpi resolution. This will be defined in the project briefing. All projects will have frequent back-up files made in case of complete data loss.
